Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health.
Self care is NOT a selfish act! In fact it has become a vital part of how we recharge our batteries to be able to continue work effectively & efficiently, care for our loved ones, not drop our baskets every time we see ANOTHER towel left on floor π€― & in general to go about day to day life.
So take that bath ππ½ (by yourself.. with candles & bubbles)
Schedule a regular massage or skin care treatment π
ππΌTake a walk.. we are blessed to have wonderful walking tracks in our region. (Heck.. walk down your own street by yourself or with a friend)
Sit by yourself for 5mins and just⦠breatheeeeeeeeeee (like ALL the way to the bottom of your lungs & back our again til they are empty)
π Eat an extra serving of fruit or vegetables π
What ever you decide is self care for you, self care is vital being the best versions of ourselves that we can be.
