Microdermabrasion & Hydrabrasion
|
Hydrabrasion is the technology that combines the excitement & results of microdermabrasion with a new twist. The dry diamond dermabrasion is performed first to gently remove the surface layer of damaged & dry skin, followed by the hydration burst treatment to cool, polish & further refine the skin at the same time leaving it stimulated, fresh & glowing. The procedure can be customised to all skin types and concerns. The dermabrasion removes dead skin cell build-up & the vacuum function helps to bring oxygenated blood to the surface & promote better lymphatic drainage in the face. The hydrabrasion water treatment cleanses the skin further & provides hydration. The polishing tip gives skin additional radiance & smoothness. Since the top layer of dead skin cells has been removed, the new skin underneath is a lot more porous and can better absorb the moisture from the water treatment. Perfect for dehydrated skin! Since the combination of skin exfoliation with slight suction stimulates the production of new, living cells at the base level of the skin, the result is healthier, fresher skin with enhanced elasticity & texture. Depending on what type of skin problems you are trying to correct, the typical series of treatments would be 3 to 8. These treatments would ideally be 7-10 days apart & no longer than 14 days. Results can be seen immediately & there is no “healing time”! After the first treatment, the skin feels smoother and softer, more dewy & hydrated. Micro Skin Needling Treatment
Skin Needling is used to rejuvenate multiple skin conditions, including skin tightening, resurfacing uneven skin, and diminishing pigmentation.
Micro Skin Needling is a procedure that uses multiple needles to pierce the skin to create controlled microtraumas. These microtraumas promote a natural wound-healing response & natural reproduction of collagen and elastin.
After your treatment, the skin can feel tender and warm. Avoid touching or rubbing the face. Due to the skin being so sensitive, it is recommended that you avoid sun exposure for at least 24 hours.
Treatments can be repeated anytime after 4 weeks depending on your skin’s natural healing. For maximum results, it is recommended a minimum of 3 treatments are required. However, if scarring is being treated more treatments may be necessary for optimal results.
To ensure you optimise and maintain the results it’s important that you follow a strict maintenance program after the treatment. Ask your therapist for a skin program tailored to your needs.

LED Phototherapy is a non-invasive LED (Light Emitting Diode) therapy whereby light of specific wavelengths is delivered to the skin to stimulate & activate cellular processes deep within the layers of the skin. This kind of therapy is completely safe & does not produce a thermal response in the skin which makes this a comfortable treatment for your customers. LED phototherapy treats a full spectrum of skin concerns, from acne, age management, and hyperpigmentation, right down to sensitive & sensitised skin. Phototherapy technology was originally developed by NASA to aid wound healing in space.
